Due to the nature of VoIP calls, It could be possible that other people use your DID number as callerId number to make calls. Unfortunately VoIP provider can not have control over this situation, however you can follow these recommendations to report this situation properly:

1. Next time you receive a call of someone who has received a call from your CallerID number, please ask to this person what is his/her phone number and the company of this number (Please remember number can be found on customer portal -> CDR and reports -> Call Details Records).

2. You can send this explanation( or complain ) to the company of this person who received the call from the spoofed callerid number, so they will be able to determine which carrier sent the call to them using the spoofed CallerID number.

3. Then the Company that initially sent that call using the spoofed callerid number will be able to warn the reseller or end-user that is incorrectly using that CallerID number.

Taking these measure you will prevent this situation happens again.
