CONFIGURATION

1. Access the Web Configuration Utility

Connect the phone to a network with a DHCP server and wait for it to boot to the main interface. This typically takes about 1-2 minutes. Depending on the firmware version the phone has your IP may be displayed once it boots.
You can always access the current IP information by going to the following location in the menu:

Home (Button) -> Settings -> Status -> Network -> TCP/IP Parameters

Once you've obtained the phone's IP address, use your favorite web browser (Chrome/Firefox recommended) and visit the following address:

https://<phone IP Address>/

The default admin login password is '456'.

2. Configure NTP Settings

While not strictly required, it's a good idea to setup your backup NTP settings in case your DHCP server does not provide time service information. You can set this by going to the following location in the menu.:

Simple Setup -> Time Synchronization

When finished, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

3. Configure SIP Settings

Begin the SIP configuration by going to the following menu location:

Settings -> Lines

You should now be on the "Line 1" configuration screen. Each line button you want to use will need to be configured individually but all should generally require the same settings. This example will show you what was required for this specific setup but your requirements may vary.

For each section listed below, you will need to enter this information:

Identification section

Display Name: (This is your Outbound Caller ID name.) (See the requirements below)
Address: (Your main/sub account name)
Authentication User ID (Your main/sub account name)
Authentication Password (Your main/sub account name password)
Label: (The name listed next to the Line button on the phone)
IMPORTANT for Display Name:
  - We suggest entering your outbound Caller ID Name must be in capital letters. This will appears more clearly/visible on some devices.
  - You must NOT use any special characters, they will not be displayed.
  - Enter a max of 15 characters. Some of regular Canadian providers will not show more than 15 characters max. We suggest shrinking or adapt your caller ID.
  - Spaces are allowed in a caller id name.

Outbound Proxy

Address: (Your preferred VoIPms PoP Server.)
Port: (5060)
Transport: (UDPOnly)

Server 1 section

Address: Your preferred VoIP.ms PoP server.

When finished, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

4. Restart and Verify Operation

To make sure that the settings take effect, I recommend you "restart" the phone by going to:

Utilities -> Restart Phone

When prompted, click "Yes".

Once your phone reboots, your display should show the phone online, the registration status section on VoIP's Control Panel should show registered and you should be able to make/receive calls.
