In this article, we will explain how to register the IP phones from Vogtec, models T370, T12 and T2.

Configuration Details

1. You will first need to find the IP address of your device.Here is the method per model on acquiring this information.

• T370 model: While in standby mode, press "47*#". The phone will automatically announce the IP address, such as 192.168.86.245.
• T12 model: Press the menu button - select "state" to enter, and then the IP address will be displayed.
• T2 model: Press the arrow keys to view or press the menu key - you can view the IP after entering.

2. Once you have the IP address, open your browser and enter the IP address in the URL bar on top and press enter. This will bring you to the admin page of your IP phone.

3. You will be greeted with a request to enter a password (For T2 models, user/password). Simply put admin.

4. On the navigation menu on the left, click Account and Checkbox the option Enable Account.

5. Afterward, new fields will show. Fill the following information:

• Domain: Enter the server you wish to register to the closest server available to you. For a list of server, consult here.

• Display Name: Enter your name or business name here.

• User ID: Enter your 6-digit main account username here found on your customer portal, or your sub account name.

• Account Name: Same as the User ID, enter your 6-digit main account username or your sub account.

• Password: Enter the password of your main account or sub account.

• Auth ID: Enter once more your 6-digit main account username or your sub account.

6. Once done, click Apply down the page and it will try registering with this information.

7. If all the information on step 5 was entered properly, you are now registered and can start making calls!
