Grandstream Wave

Grandstream Wave is a FREE softphone application that allows users to make and receive voice calls through their business or residential SIP accounts on any Android™ device (version 4.0+) from anywhere in the world.
This application supports integration of up to 6 SIP accounts, 6-way voice conferencing, and allows users to monitor their PBX (such as Grandstream's UCM6100 series IP PBX & UCM6510 IP PBX) while utilizing speed dial with up to 24 virtual BLF keys.
Grandstream Wave also supports advanced SIP telephony features including call transfer, LDAP phonebook integration and more.

Configuration
The configuration process remains the same whether you are using Android or an iPhone / iPad.
- Start the Grandstream Wave App
- At the bottom of the screen, tap on Settings
- Select Account Settings then tap the + sign at the top right of the screen to Add a New Account
- From the Add New Account section, select SIP account.
- Fill in the Settings for your account
- Account Name Voip.ms (Any name to identify your account)
- SIP Server YourPreferredPoPServer.voip.ms (You can choose any of our multiple servers. Please refer to Choosing Server for further information)
- SIP User ID ######_YourSubAccountUsername
- SIP Authentication ID ######_YourSubAccountUsername
- Password (Your subaccount Password)
- Voicemail ID *97
- Display Name: (This will be your Outgoing Caller ID Name. It will be used when calling Canadian numbers. Please read the note below)
If you would like to set an Outbound Caller ID Name with your number when you call a Canadian number, since the major canadian provider's will not using the CNAM/LIBD database, you will need to pass your Outbound caller ID Name direcly in the Display Name field.
IMPORTANT: - We suggest entering your outbound Caller ID Name must be in capital letters. This will appears more clearly/visible on some devices. - You must NOT use any special characters, they will not be displayed. - Some of regular Canadian providers will not show more than 15 characters. We suggest shrinking or adapt your caller ID. - Spaces are allowed in a caller id name.

- Once you are done, tap the Check mark at the top right of the screen and you should be ready to make calls after a few seconds.
