Configuration Detail

Find your IP address and login

Once you have connected your device to your local connection, it will be necessary to obtain the local IP address that was designated for it.

From your IP phone navigate through the menus to obtain its IP address

OK >> Status >­> IP Address

Now that you have the Local IP address, open it in your web browser of preference.


Once you have opened the login page, use the following credentials to access to the configuration:

Username: admin
Password: admin


-Once you see the settings page, go to the following:

Line >> Sip 1# >>


UserName: Username or sub-account

Display name: Optional

Username: Your Account or sub-acount

Display name: You will need to enter your outbound Caller ID Name here.*(See the note below)

Authentication Name: Your Account or sub-acount.

Authentication Password: Your Sip account or sub account password.

Server Name:

Register Address:

Register Port: 5060

Proxy Server Address:

Backup Proxy Server Address: You may need to use again.

Backup Proxy Server Port: 5060

Activate: Check activate.

  - We suggest entering your outbound Caller ID Name must be in capital letters. This will appears more clearly/visible on some devices.
  - You must NOT use any special characters, they will not be displayed. 
  - Some of regular Canadian providers will not show more than 15 characters. We suggest shrinking or adapt your caller ID. 
  - Spaces are allowed in a caller id name.

click Apply

Refresh page and see if it shows registered.

Time Setting


Phone Settings >> Time/Date >>

Time Synchronized via DHCP: Yes

Time zone: Select your time zone

12-hour clock: Yes (Optional)

Location: Select location you are in for daylight saving.

Click apply
