"Note: Replace 555 by the area code of your choice. If you want to have the 7 dial for your area code." - it would be useful for those of us like in the 519 area code where all dialing is 10 digits, to see a version of the recommendation without the 7 digit part(s).

"<:1> 555 xxxxxxx ! " - should the space before the '!' be removed? If not (it doesn't matter), it would be useful to note that.
