Dialing Codes
From VoIP.ms Wiki
VoIP.ms has different dialing codes depending on the destination you want to reach, and you can use these codes from your main or sub account depending on your needs. There are two main distinctions between the routes when dialing, local and international calls, it is important to mention, calls to United States 48 (except Hawaii & Alaska) and Canada are considered as local calls. All the other destinations will be considered as International and will use the corresponding route.

Local calls (USA48/Canada)
For calls to USA48 & Canada, you only need to dial the complete 10 digits number, optionally you can dial using 11 digits, adding the prefix 1 before the number. From the Account Settings >> Account Routing, it can be set a route for these calls, there is an option to use value or premium route. Value: USA 48 $0.0105 - Canada starting at $0.0052 Premium: USA 48 / Canada $0.0125. Note (except Yukon, North West Territories & Nunavut are considered in this section but have a different rate (value at $ 0.0102 & premium at $0.0260).
Example 1514-316-xxxx or 514-316-xxxx (do not use the dashes when dialing)
International calls
There are different codes that can be used to dial International numbers (Outside US48 & Canada). Hawaii and Alaska are considered in this section, since any change made on the Account Settings >> Account Routing for International calls, will affect also these destinations, this means if we set to use premium route, calls to these destinations will use also premium route, but they can be dialed as local US numbers (10 or 11 digits).
For dialing to countries outside US & Canada, we can follow these codes:
011+Country Code+number: International 00+Country Code+number: International 033+Country Code+number: International Value (override account setting) 044+Country Code+number: International Premium (override account setting)
