Our Connect feature brings you the possibility to integrate your favourite file hosting service like Dropbox, Google Drive or One Drive to work with our service in order to pull useful information into your account either manually or automatically.

Note that at this time, we only offer the option for Dropbox, but the other services like Google Drive and 
OneDrive will be available soon.

Dropbox

Once you have integrated Dropbox to your VoIP.ms account, you will be able to manually, or automatically, get a copy of the following:

- Call Recordings
- Voicemail
- Conference recordings
- Faxes

To start leveraging this integration, head over to your customer portal, then “Main Menu” and select “Connect”.

You will have the option to connect your account to dropbox.

After completing the integration, you will have the option to enable/disable what you wish to receive in Dropbox.
