This is similar to Callback, but the main difference is that DISA does not call you back, it give you directly the access to dial any phone number you want after provide a 4 digits PIN number. You can use this option for:
- Digital Recepcionist ( IVR )
- Time Condition
- CallerID Filtering
- To route direclty your DID number
Setup DISA

Routing your DID number
When you have a DID number routed to DISA, If you want to try this option, you would need to dial to your DID number, then provide the PIN number and our system will send you dial tone to reach any number you want.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Once you have entered the PIN number you can dial the telephone number of your choice or a Speed Dial Entry from your phone book, per example *75XX and then press the pound key (#) or simply wait for the duration of the "Digit Time-out", and the system will place the call.
