310xxxx
I'm a little unsure about this rule (by which |310xxxx| is passed through to an upstream provider without adding an area code). I'd normally prefer to add my own local area code (for instance, |<:1613>[2-9]xxxxxx| in east Ontario) to any seven-digit call before a call goes out as the gateway could be located anywhere... and 310-xxxx may be just another number from the point of view of any telco outside Bell Canada territory. --Carlb 22:35, 20 January 2012 (EST)
