Why can't you access my VoIPo account?
VoIP.ms and VoIPo are completely separate companies. We don't have access to VoIPo's systems, accounts, or customer data. Your VoIP.ms account will be completely independent.
Can you transfer my VoIPo service history?
No, we cannot transfer service history, call records, or account data from VoIPo since we don’t have accces to your VoIPo account. Your VoIP.ms account starts fresh. If you need VoIPo service history, please contact VoIPo directly.
Will VoIP.ms honor my VoIPo contract terms?
No, we operate with our own terms and pricing. VoIP.ms and VoIPo are completely separate companies. However, as a VoIPo customer, you do get special migration benefits with VoIP.ms!
Who should I contact about VoIPo problems?
For any VoIPo-related issues, contact VoIPo at [email protected]. This includes billing disputes, service problems, refunds, or account questions. VoIP.ms can only help with VoIP.ms services."
Will I get the same features I had with VoIPo?
