The Call Detail Records (CDR) allow you to obtain a detail information of your incoming and outgoing calls. It also offer different filters to sort the call records to facilitate the correct information desire. The CDR can be access from the main portal, under CDR and Reports >> Call Detail Records. You will be prompt with the following screen:
Search Range, Filters & TimeZone
The CDR page offer different options to help you sort your records. The first field is the Search Range, following by the different filters that will be explain in this article.
The Search Range: Under this field you can select a date range up to 92 days at a time to see your Call Detail Records. Please note that you can get records past the 92 days, but the Search Range needs to be in rages of 92 days.
