Introduction

The Client's interface offers a Web GUI where you are able to manage your accounts, DID numbers and services without the necessity to have to contact your VoIP provider every time you want to edit or add anything on your VoIP account.

In this guide we will explain what are the elements in this interface and what is the purpose of each.

Welcome to your VoIP Interface!

When you log into the interface you will first be re-directed to your Dashboard.
On the Header of the site you will always see the following elements:

Balance

In this section, you will be able to have a global view of your account.
When the main balance of your account still appears in green indicates that your account is healthy and, this is the balance you may spend. However, if your balance appears in red, this means that your account is in the negative and is the amount you owe your provider.
