Custom music on hold
This feature allows you to upload and use your own music audio files to play them while the customer is put "on hold" or during the "ring time" when you receive an incoming call.
Your audio files need to be converted to standard definition WAV (8Khz, Mono, 16-Bit PCM) format so you can upload them. Since most of the audio music files use the common MP3 format you need to use an external tool to convert them into this format, you click here to try one free tool.
Once you have the your audio files in WAV (8Khz, Mono, 16-Bit PCM) format stored in your PC, you can follow these steps to upload your files and convert them into MOH (Music On Hold) files
