In this step, we will see how to enabled Nomorobo on your VoIP.ms account:

1. Create a Call Forwarding

First of all, you need to create a new entry in your Call Forwarding. To do so, log on to your VoIP.ms Portal, or if you not have an account, you can sign up.
On the navigation bar click on “DID Numbers” and select "Call Forwarding".

You will need to add a new entry, click on "Add Forwarding".

At this part you need to enter the Nomorobo Number, retrived in your control panel, into the phone number field, then type by example "Nomorobo" in the Description Box. Then Save your entry.

2. Create a Ring Group

Since your Call Forwarding has been successfully created, you need to create a Ring Group. To do so, go to the navigation bar, click on “DID Numbers” and select "Ring Group".

You will need to add a new entry, click on "Create new ring group".

At this part you need to type by example "Nomorobo" in the Description Box, then check the box for the destination (Main Account, Sub Accounts, SIP URI's, Call Forwarding),
that you would like to add in this ring group, also you can specify the number of rings you prefer. After that, you will need to check the Nomorobo call forwarding that you just created previously and set the ring time to [10s ~ 2 ring]. Then press Create

 Note: You can only select one destination with "Nomorobo call forwarding". 
       If you need to protect multiple DID or SubAccount with Nomorobo, you need to create another ring group for each DID, 
       but you can use the same Nomorobo phone number in each.

3. Route the Ring Group to your DID

Since your Call Forwarding and your Ring group has been successfully created, you need to route your DID. To do so, go to the navigation bar, click on “DID Numbers” and select "Manage DID(s)".

In the column "Actions" click on the button edit Edit icon.png, for the row of the DID you need to route.

At this part you need to select the Ring Group option then choose NOMOROBO in the drop-down. Then at the end of the page, save your modification by clicking on Click here to apply changes

After completing the 3 steps, return on your Nomorobo Account and go to Your Phones and click TEST beside your number. You will be able to press on I'm ready. Call Me Now.

You will receive a call without delay letting you know if everything is set up correctly. Please take the call after the third ring. Your number will now be listed as "Protected".
