With Connect services, you can easily integrate VoIP.ms to the tools that you like in a few clicks. Whether you want files to be uploaded into the cloud manually or automatically, or that you want to create some reports which will be emailed automatically to you with Zapier, this is all possible.

What can be uploaded to OneDrive and DropBox

Here is what you can manually or automatically select to upload to both platforms: - Call Recordings - Voicemail messages - Conference Recordings - Faxes


How to Connect your OneDrive Account

Once in your customer portal, head into Main Menu and then Connect Services to gain access to this feature. You will have the option to Connect your OneDrive account. Proceed on clicking on the red button.

You will then be prompted from Microsoft to enter the email address related to your OneDrive account and password. Once done, the integration will be completed. You can then proceed and the link between OneDrive and VoIP.ms will be done. You will then be brought back to the Connect Services page and have the possibility to choose which options you wish to enable for manual upload versus automatic upload. Simply checkbox each option you desire and it will save systematically.

It is important to use the email address related to your VoIP.ms account and your API password previously created.

By heading into Call Recordings, Voicemail, Audio Conferencing or Virtual Fax and looking for all past calls / messages, you will have the corresponding option showing toward the right to upload a specific file to the cloud

Automatically uploading your files into the cloud

If you have selected to automatically upload files into the cloud, this will be done every 6h. Thus it will happen at 00:00, 6:00, 12:00PM, 6:00PM and 00:00 the next day.

Each files being uploaded automatically will go in their respective folder under the main folder being VoIP.ms, the account number that you have enabled this feature and then up to 4 separate folders to separate voicemail messages, call recordings, etc.
