Automatic provisioning allows you to configure your IP phone and link it to one of your SIP accounts (Sub-accounts) without having to manually enter the necessary parameters in the phone's administration interface. The information needed for its configuration is automatically deployed via the provisioning server, which greatly facilitates the configuration and management process.

Manage Locations

The location management option will allow you to create multiple locations. (For example, Office A, Office B, Sales Dept, Help Desk L2, etc.) When you create a new device, you will have the ability to associate it with a location, which will allow you to search devices from a specific location.

To create or edit a location, go to "Provisioning" under Main Menu Nav. Then click the "Manage Locations" button.

In the line of your existing locations, you can edit an existing location by clicking the yellow edit button or delete one by clicking on the red trash buttons.

To create a new location click on the Add Location + button.

Add Device

To add a new device, go to "Provisioning" under Main Menu Nav. Then click on the "+ Add device" button.

Note: You must ensure that your device is supported (see supported devices section) and has the latest firmware update.
  • Device Name: The name you wish to give your device.
  • Location: Associate the device with a specific location (You must create a location first, go to Manage Locations).
  • MAC Address*: Enter the MAC address of your device. This is usually found under the device or in the * * * Network Status option.
  • Brand*: Select the brand of your device.
  • Model*: Select the model of your device.
  • Account*: This is the sub-account you wish to associate with this phone.
  • POP*: Select the POP server you want your device to be registered to. (Note that it must match your POP DID, to receive incoming calls)
